Boxedtraining won the contract to produce a bespoke induction DVD for Bowmer and Kirkland, one of the largest and most successful privately owned construction, engineering and development groups in the country.
Bowmer and Kirkland has in excess of 1500 staff operating from their head office in Derbyshire and throughout the UK
Brief:
Boxedtraining were asked to design, develop and produce a bespoke induction DVD complete with interactive assessment. The DVD covered all aspects of health and safety on a busy construction site, as well as more general information such as company background, welfare facilities, the considerate constructors scheme and the construction skills certifictation scheme.
